Your starting point

Start with your health, not a target number.

Weight is influenced by health conditions, medication, sleep, routines and environment. Your first visit helps the doctor understand the whole picture before recommending a plan.

01

Health and weight history

Discuss previous attempts, current medicines, sleep, appetite, routines and any symptoms affecting progress.

02

Measurements and risk review

Height, weight, BMI, waist and blood pressure may be checked, with selected tests when clinically indicated.

03

Priorities and realistic goals

Agree on practical goals that support health, mobility and daily wellbeing, then decide the next useful step.

04

Body Index Analysis

Review BMI, waist measurements and, where available, body composition estimates such as body fat and muscle mass in the context of your overall health.

Inside the program

Care that adapts to you.

Your plan is based on medical assessment and may combine several forms of support. Not every person will need every component.

GLP-1 and Medication Review

When clinically appropriate, discuss options such as GLP-1 injections, alternatives and monitoring.

Prescription is not automatic

Good to know: Recommendations are personalised after consultation. Tests, medication and follow-up arrangements may vary by clinical need and branch availability.

Your care pathway

A clear plan with room to adjust.

The aim is steady, sustainable progress. Your doctor can refine the plan based on what is practical, how your health responds and what support you need next.

  1. Step 1Baseline consultation

Discuss your goals, medical history, previous efforts and relevant health risks.

  2. Step 2Personal care plan

Agree on suitable nutrition, movement, habits and medical options where appropriate.

  3. Step 3Review and maintain

Monitor progress, wellbeing and treatment tolerance, then adapt the plan for longer-term health.

Who may benefit

Consider an assessment when weight is affecting your health or daily life.

Weight gain or waist changes alongside raised blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol or fatty liver concerns.

Weight affecting sleep, movement, joint comfort, energy or participation in everyday activities.

Repeated weight regain or difficulty making progress without structured clinical support.

A wish to understand whether medical treatment is appropriate before considering any weight-loss medicine.

GLP-1 injection information

A prescription option for selected patients.

GLP-1 receptor agonists act on hormone pathways involved in appetite, fullness and blood glucose. Certain products are approved for chronic weight management, while others are approved for diabetes. They are not interchangeable and must be prescribed for the correct indication.

  • Prescription and doctor assessment required
  • Used with nutrition, activity and behavioural support
  • Regular review is needed to monitor response and safety
Ask About GLP-1
01

How it may help

It may reduce appetite, help you feel full for longer and support blood glucose regulation. Response and treatment duration vary between patients.

02

Who may be assessed

Selected adults with obesity, or overweight with weight-related health concerns, after a review of measurements, medical history and current medicines.

03

Starting and monitoring

Treatment commonly starts at a lower dose and is adjusted according to the prescribed product. Follow-up checks progress, nutrition, hydration and treatment tolerance.

04

Common side effects

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, reduced appetite and abdominal discomfort can occur, especially when starting or increasing a dose.

Seek urgent medical help

Severe, persistent abdominal pain should not wait.

Get urgent assessment if severe abdominal pain persists or spreads to the back, particularly with nausea or vomiting, as this may be a sign of pancreatitis.

Tell your doctor

Share your full health and procedure history.

Mention pregnancy, breastfeeding or pregnancy plans; previous pancreas, gallbladder, kidney or severe digestive problems; and all medicines. Before anaesthesia or deep sedation, tell the procedure team that you use a GLP-1 medicine.

Use medicines safely: Obtain registered medicine through a legitimate, prescribed supply route. Do not share injection pens or buy products from unverified sellers. Product choice, eligibility, dosing and availability are decided after medical assessment.
